Water Damage from Broken Sprinkler Head

SERVPRO of Plano is onsite of a large water damage due to a broken sprinkler head in the ceiling.  Sprinkler systems in commercial building are required by law in most buildings in the State of Texas but when activated by Fire or Smoke or freezing pipes the damage to both the structure and contents can be very extensive and if not addressed could lead to more serious damages.

Our SERVPRO TEAM worked over 10 hours and very late at night to get this extraction completed.
